Will is a scientist, founder, "operator", and investor based in San Diego, California, with his professional background highlighting life science tools, reagents, medical devices, and diagnostics. As an investor and advisor, he co-founded and managed Phase Two Ventures in 2023, focusing on seed-stage investments in life science R&D, as well as ScholarNexus LLC back in 2007, assisting companies with financing, deal advisory, and technical due diligence. In 2024, he published the book Venture Capital for Life Scientists, helping entrepreneurs and investors advance this industrial vertical.
