Our invited speaker Dr. Orin Davis earned his doctorate in Positive Psychology under the guidance of Jeanne Nakamura and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, and considers himself a self-actualization engineer who enables people to do and be their best. In his practice, he provides advisory to companies on hiring strategies, cultural fit, process innovation, and employee well-being. Additionally, he coaches on building self-knowledge, along with developing personal and professional growth trajectories. As the Principal Investigator of Quality of Life Laboratory since 2010, he conducts research on team flow, creativity, hypnosis, and mentoring. Concurrently, he lectures in the business school of Columbia University as well.
